No inter-district transfer of employed teachers yet in Bihar latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 24/05/2023: Employed teachers will now be transferred to their own planning unit. They will be transferred in June. It has got the green signal from the state government. Librarians will also get the benefit of this scheme. However, the ban on inter-planning unit and inter-district transfer of teachers will continue as before. The Education Department has clarified the position regarding their transfer.

In this regard, Director of Secondary Education Kanhaiya Prasad Srivastava has written a letter to all district education officers informing them about the government's decision. In fact, there is a provision for the facility of one-time voluntary transfer of the vacant post available in the inter-planning unit to a post equivalent to the post held by a disabled teacher, librarian and female teacher, librarian. Along with this, there is a provision to provide the facility of mutual transfer to male teachers, librarians once inter-district including inter-planning unit. A web portal is being prepared for this.
