Latest Updated 18/05/2023: UKSSSC has banned 180 candidates accused of cheating for five years. The Commission had sent a notice to them on 10 April, now on the basis of the reply received, the Commission has taken final action in this matter.

After the names of these accused surfaced in the STF report after probing the recruitment leak, the commission had issued notices to them on 10 April, asking them to present their stand.

Commission Secretary SS Rawat said that the notices sent to some of them were returned empty. For this reason, the Commission asked them to keep their side in public, yet the Commission did not get the answers of many. Whereas those whose answers have been received, have not given any concrete evidence in their defence. Most have accused the police of falsely implicating them.
