Bihar Teacher Recruitment 2023: 1.79 lakh posts will be recruited by BPSC latest news update
Latest Updated 25/04/2023: Teachers will be recruited on 1 lakh 79 thousand 27 vacant posts in Bihar. This recruitment will be done through Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) under the new teacher recruitment rules. The new recruitment rules have come into force in the state from 10 April.
Sources in the Education Department said that the districts have given information about the vacant posts of teachers to the department. After this, after consolidating all the vacant vacancies on behalf of the department, it has been sent to the Administrative Cadre Committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, Bihar for approval. After achieving the approval of the cadre committee, it will be sent for the approval of the State Council of Ministers. After the approval of the State Council of Ministers, the reservation roster will be cleared in the manner of the list of vacant vacancies. Since all these vacancies belong to the district cadre, it will again be sent to the districts for reservation roster clearance.

According to the information received from the education department, in the list of vacant vacancies, maximum 87 thousand 2 hundred 82 posts are vacant for class 1st to 5th teachers. At the same time, 1745 posts of class 6th to 8th, 33 thousand posts of class 9th to 10th & 57 thousand posts of class 11th to 12th are vacant.
