Able to study MA only 2 times from BBMKU Dhanbad latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 12/04/2023: Students from BBMKU will be able to study MA (PG) only twice. It has been passed in the Academic Council meeting that any student from BBMKU can do only double (twice) MA. Permission to pursue MA studies for the third time (triple) will not be granted. This resolution was passed after discussion on the MA rule. Let us inform that every year about three thousand students take admission in PG in colleges and PG departments of Dhanbad-Bokaro under BBMKU.
Experts say that the first topper of PG will be given the first opportunity to teach in the department. Even after providing the opportunity, the student does not contribute to the concerned department or gives his/her dissent, then the second topper will be given a chance to take classes in the department.

Supervisor will not be able to stay after retirement
The university has decided that after retirement, the concerned retired teachers will not be able to conduct research work as supervisors for PhD researchers. After the retirement of the concerned teacher, the research scholars under him will be under the concerned head of the department.
Only 20 will be able to study PG Philosophy
20 percent of the total seats in the PG Department of Philosophy will also be given to graduate students from other subjects. Graduate students from any discipline studying philosophy in post graduation should have minimum 60% marks in graduation.
