Latest Updated 19/03/2023: The way has been cleared for the recruitment of newly selected 461 assistant professors for various universities of the state. On Saturday, the education department has sent a letter to all the Registrars in this regard asking them to done the process of recruitment. In fact, on 24 February the Patna High Court (PHC) had heard the matter. He stopped the appointment process. However, those selected & those who have completed the final process by the commission were kept out of it. Based on this, the department has sent the list of these assistant professors for the universities.
In the letter of the Additional Chief Secretary of the Department, Deepak Kumar Singh, it has been said that the subjects in which the recommendation of recruitment by the University Service Commission had been received by the Department before the final execution of this suit & the recommendations have been sent to the universities from the departmental level. Yes, the process of their recruitment should be completed soon.
