Latest Updated 17/03/2023: Informing the House on Thursday, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Alamgir Alam said that appointments will start soon in the state with the new planning rules. On Thursday, in response to the calling attention motion of MLA Lambodar Mahato, the minister said these things.
The minister said that the 1932 based planning policy has been passed by the assembly and sent to the center through the governor. We cannot wait for the decision to be taken on this. That's why the government has passed the new appointment rules from the cabinet. Different rules have been made for different competitive exams. Vacancies are being sought. Lists have also come from many departments. The govt will start the recruitment process soon.

Uproar in the House of BJP MLAs
BJP MLAs arrived wearing T-shirts with 60-40 Nay Chaltau and 1932 ka kya hua written on them despite the speaker's regulation. The proceedings of the House started at 11.09 and at 11.10 BJP and AJSU MLAs reached the Well and started raising slogans against the government. Amidst the uproar, the speaker started the question hour. The Chief Minister was absent in the House then. In such a situation, BJP MLAs started raising slogans that Chief Minister Hemant Soren should be present. Minister Mithilesh Thakur wanted to comment, then the speaker stopped the minister and said that the focus of the chair is not on the ruckus of the opposition. Minister should give his answer.
The Chief Minister will keep his side on the planning policy in the budget session itself
Ranchi. Chief Minister Hemant Soren will present on behalf of the government on the new planning policy in the ongoing session of the Vidhansabha. This decision was taken unanimously in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee of the Legislative Assembly held on Thursday. Along with this, it was decided that the MLAs of the main opposition BJP will not come to the House wearing T-shirts like posters or banners related to the planning policy. There was a deadlock between the party and the opposition in the assembly for the last five days regarding the new planning policy. On Wednesday, the Speaker gave a regulation not to come wearing a T-shirt, despite that the opposition MLA arrived wearing a T-shirt on Thursday. In view of the deteriorating situation in the House, the Speaker called a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee of the Legislative Assembly during the lunch break on Thursday.
