All coal workers of Jharkhand will get salary on 2nd of every month latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 17/03/2023: After the implementation of SAP, Coal India has decided to pay the salaries of the officers-employees of all subsidiary companies including the Head Office together on the 2nd of every month. This rule will be applicable from this April. At present, salaries are being paid on different dates in all subsidiary companies.
After this decision, activism has also increased in BCCL. Meetings are being held at several levels regarding the payment of salaries on the 2nd. Timely availability of data regarding the attendance of personnel etc. has been discussed. All regional management of BCCL have also been instructed in this regard. An order has also been issued by BCCL on 7 March. Official sources said that Coal India has given clear instructions to all subsidiary companies to pay salaries on the second of the month.

Now all the work has to be done through SAP. That's why it is mandatory to update the attendance daily. The competent authority has been directed to approve it. It has also been asked to prepare dummy salary slips in advance.
