Latest Updated 30/03/2023: Vipin Bihari's property worth one crore will be confiscated in the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission examination scam. STF has sent a report to the District Magistrate Dehradun for confiscation after assessing the property.


SSP STF Ayush Aggarwal said that in the paper leak case, investigation is being done by the STF by taking action against 24 accused of this gang under the Gangster Act. Now the properties of Hakam Singh, Ankit Ramola, Chandan Manral, Jaijit Das, Manoj Joshi, Deepak Sharma and Kendrapal were assessed and sent to DM Dehradun for confiscation action. The DM has attached the properties of accused Chandan Manral, Hakam Singh, Ankit Ramola and Jaijit Das. The SSP said that Bipin Bihari, who was jailed for rigging various recruitment examinations of UKSSSC, was posted as Supervisor in RMS Techno Solution Company, which conducted these examinations. He played a key role in leaking question papers of many examinations.

Apart from this, involvement was also found in rigging OMR sheets in the Inspector Recruitment Examination and VDO Examination of the year 2015-2016. The SSP said that Vipin Bihari has 23 bighas of land adjacent to the Lucknow-Sitapur Highway in the name of his relatives. Its market value is around Rs 65 lakh. Apart from this, a plot of 650 square feet in Lucknow city and deposits in various banks. STF investigation has revealed that Vipin Bihari has earned this property after the year 2015-2016. For confiscation of property and bank deposits, a report has been prepared by the STF and sent to the District Magistrate.
