Commission will appoint teachers in the 7th phase of Bihar latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 04/02/2023: Under the 7th phase, the state govt will appoint teachers through the commission. The process of preparations regarding the recruitment is in the final stage. The new recruitment will be based on the new rules only. About 2.25 lakh teachers are to be recruited under the 7th phase. Of these, 80000 primary teachers will be recruited while the remaining teachers will be appointed in secondary & higher secondary schools. Professor Chandrasekhar who is Education Minister himself tweeted on twitter on Friday & informed about the reinstatement commencement of the restoration process of the 7th phase.
The govt is going to make a big opportunity in the teacher appointment process. The right of teacher planning will be introverted from municipal bodies & panchayats. There were 9222 planning units under the older Teacher Recruitment Rules, while the no. of planning units in the put forward rules will be equal to the no. of districts i.e.; 38. Now, applicants have to make only one application. Whereas earlier an applicant was forced to apply in many employment units. Teachers organizations and applicants had appealed to the govt in this regard. Teacher Recruitment Rules 2023 is being prepared by making so many changes in Teacher Recruitment Rules 2020. It will shortly be sent to the cabinet for approval. On the basis of this, the recruitment of the 7th phase will be done.

● In place of 9222, only 38 (district) planning units will remain.
Why the need
How will the merit list be made
Under the older rules, the merit list was made on the basis of weightage of obtained marks in matriculation (10th), intermediate (12th), graduation, post graduation & training and eligibility test. Almost the same system will remain in the new rules & on the basis of merit marks, the commission will ready the merit list.
What would be the advantage
Applicants have to give an application. There will be a system for taking centralized and online applications. While his/her candidature will be everywhere as per the given options. This will save their money and labor. The proposed commission will make the selection in the new system. The appointment letter will be given by the district administration.
The appointment of the 7th phase is going to happen soon. The year 2023 is going to be the year of recruitment. No applicant should panic. Planning rules will come to you within 30 days or a month. The restoration will take place under the leadership of the district administration. There will be no region for any mistake.
