After this, in view of the possibility of cheating and cheating in the recruitment examination, the commission decided to conduct this examination again.

Protesting this decision, the candidates who passed the examination have filed a petition in the High Court. Advocate Rajni Supyyal told that these candidates say that it is not appropriate to conduct the examination again without any concrete reason. After all, how can the paper done by such a big organization get leaked? On this, the court has asked UKSSSC to submit a reply with all the evidence.

The court asked - why are there repeated scams in the examinations?

During the hearing on the petition filed for getting the examination scams investigated by the CBI, the court commented that why are the scams happening again and again in the examinations in the state? It has been said in the PIL that a CBI inquiry was conducted into the recruitment of constables in Himachal Pradesh, whose wires reached Dehradun and Haridwar. The Government of Himachal Pradesh got it investigated by the CBI. On the contrary, the government of Uttarakhand is not getting the CBI to investigate it even after so many paper leaks. In the PIL, the court has been requested to get the matter investigated by the CBI.
