Latest Updated On 06/11/2022: In the fake admissions in AYUSH colleges, the Director of Ayurveda has filed a case against three, including those of the counseling organization, at Hazratganj Kotwali. Police have registered a case against Uptran, Kuldeep Singh, representative of private agency V-3 Soft Solutions and unknown under several sections including fraud, conspiracy, ITA Act. Preliminary investigation revealed that many candidates were admitted to Ayurveda, Unani & Homeopath colleges without appearing in the NEET exam. The department has declared the admission of 891 candidates as doubtful. The investigation of fake admissions has been entrusted to the STF.


Admissions to Ayurveda, Unani & Homeopathy colleges were done through the basis of NEET merit list. The Directorate of Ayurveda had constituted the board for counseling in the year 2021-22. Due to the absence of IT cell, the contract for counseling was provide to private agency Soft Solution Pvt Ltd under the supervision of the board. This agency is known as Uptran Powertronics Limited had nominated. The counseling process which started from 1 February 2022 was completed in 4 phases till 19 May 2022.

Admissions were done on 7338 seats in state and private colleges of the state. From counseling to verification, the authority was of the private agency. Seat allotment was also done after admission.


  • Records of 1181 doubtful students not matched with NEET Merit
  • Seat allotment done on 927, 891 doubtful admissions taken
  • 22 students did not appear in NEET


Records of 1181 candidates were not found in the merit list of NEET counselling. Of these, 22 candidates were those who did not appear in NEET. Seat allotment was completed to 927 out of 1181. Out of these 891 candidates have taken admission.

It is so called that the private agency tampered not only with the database of NEET but also in the website. Manipulation has also come to the fore in the database received from the DGME office & records of private agencies. When the investigation began, the private agency operator also crept the RDBD of the hard disk found from the DGME office. The matter is very serious, so investigation has been given to STF.
