More vacancies related to Urdu will be filled. For this, necessary action was directed to the Chief Secretary of the state, Amir Subhani. He expressed his displeasure that the fast appointment work was not done as per his wish.
The CM said that today 183 Urdu translators and other Urdu personnel have been given appointment letters, but when we reviewed how many posts have been created and how many have been restored, it was found that the total posts are 2247. Of these, the recruitment process for 1294 posts is in the final stage. In the appointment letter distribution program organized on Thursday in CM Secretariat Samvad, he said that in the year 2008 itself, we had said that except Urdu teachers everywhere, all the sanctioned posts should be restored so that more people can know Urdu. Said that you all know what was the condition of madrasas earlier? Earlier there were 1128 approved madrasas, now there are 1942. Give information about all things in madrasas, not only Urdu. The government is also helping for the development of infrastructure in madrasas. Madrasa teachers were earlier paid low wages. Now in madrasas also payment is being given at par with the recognized teachers. He honored Bihar State Sunni Waqf Board Chairman Ishadullah by draping a shawl given to honor the CM on the occasion.

Appointment letter taken in the hands of Chief Minister
On this occasion, the Chief Minister gave symbolic appointment letters to Saleha Kainat, Santosh Kumar, Kiran Kumari, Nurus Salaam, B Zikra Khatoon, Mo Yahya, Shabnam Parveen, Avinash Kumar, Bushra Habib and Jasimuddin. Soon after, everyone was given appointment letters.
