PHC (Patna High Court) Recruitment 2022 Apply Online for 7052 posts of (CRPF, BSF, SSB, CISF and ITBP) till 4 January latest news update
Latest Updated On 13/10/2022: Patna High Court has ordered to restore 7052 posts in central forces (CRPF, BSF, SSB, CISF and ITBP) by January 4. The single bench of Justice Mohit Kumar Shah gave this order after high court hearing the contempt case. The court said that if the restoration is not done by the stipulated date then contempt action will be taken against the officials.

It is worth noting that the Central Staff Selection Commission had published an advt. on 21/01/2015 for the recruitment of 62390 constables in the Central Forces. Advocate Nityanand Mishra, appearing for the candidates, told the court that on 5 April 2018, the court had ordered the Central Staff Selection Commission to consider the candidature of the candidates within 30 days & reinstate them to the post of constable. No action was taken on the decision of the Patna High Court. He said that on the basis of the order of the Patna High Court (PHC), the Uttarakhand High Court decided in favor of the applicants. This decision was challenged by the Central Staff Selection Commission & the Central Government in the Supreme Court, which was rejected by the Supreme Court. Still no restoration is being done.
