With effect, it has been stayed till the next hearing of the High Court. The Director of Secondary Education has issued an order in this regard. This stay has been imposed in compliance with the order of September 15 of the Patna High Court on the LPA filed in the case of Rakesh Kumar Vs State Government and others. The Director of Secondary has said in his order that if the candidates of this category are finally selected, then their appointment letters will also be banned.

Appointment letter to the candidates to be distributed on 28 September
