UPSC Recruitment Exams: Only Single Registration i.e.; One Time Registration (OTR) facility latest news update 2022
Latest Updated On 25/08/2022: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has introduced 'One Time Registration' (OTR) facility for recruitment examinations. Candidates will not have to fill basic details every time while applying for various recruitment exams.
Applicants applying for the upcoming UPSC exam will have to provide basic personal information after registering on the OTR platform. A senior officer said on Wednesday that a large number of applicants apply for various examinations organized by UPSC every year. Through these examinations officers are selected for the departments/organizations of the Central Govt. The OTR platform will save time & simplify the application process. On completion of the registration of the applicant, their information will be saved on the server of the Commission. When the applicants will fill the online application for the examination then their information will come there automatically. The Commission has said that OTR will be very useful for the applicants as it will save the time taken in filling personal information while applying for the examination.

24 hours facility available
OTR will be very useful for the applicants. It will be available for 24 hours a day on the Commission's website. At the time of applying online, 70% information will be self-recorded.
