The investigation of this case is being done by the team of Economic Crime Unit. In this case, the team of Economic Offenses Unit had filed a chargesheet in the ACJM court against 9 accused in August 2022. After this, the team on Wednesday filed a chargesheet against the Revenue Officer of Bhargama Zone of Araria, Rahul Kumar, Avinash Kumar, Praveen Kumar Yadav, Abhishek Tripathi, Mahesh and Sanjay Kumar. The team of Economic Offenses Unit has filed a charge sheet against them for forgery, cheating, criminal conspiracy and disappearance of evidence, slander and section of Bihar Examination Act and section of IT Act. Supplementary research against other accused in jail is on.
