Latest Updated On 01/08/2022: The STF, revealing the rigging in the Revenue Accountant Recruitment Examination held on Sunday, arrested a total of 21 people including the kingpin as well as solvers and candidates from different districts. This examination was conducted at 501 examination centers in 12 districts of the state.


Revenue Accountant Mains Examination was organized in one shift from 10 am to 12 noon at the examination centers of Ayodhya, Aligarh, Agra, Bareilly, Meerut, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj, Moradabad, Jhansi, Kanpur Nagar, Lucknow & Varanasi. ADG STF Amitabh Yash said that in this examination, there was details about the activity of gangs who violated the integrity of the examination by taking large amount of money from the applicants and installing solvers and other means. The STF nabbed the main accused Vijay Kant, Dinesh & Sonu from different districts.

10-10 lakhs were recovered from the candidates

Prayagraj field unit of STF arrested the main accused Vijay Kant Patel resident of Atanpur Prayagraj, his associate Dinesh Kumar Yadav resident of Rajepur Prayagraj & Sonu Kumar resident of Sarai Aziz Prayagraj. Vijay had collected 10 lakh rupees each from 7 candidates in the examination and made arrangements for copying by providing them Bluetooth ear birds and Bluetooth devices. STF Varanasi unit arrested applicant Pushpendra from Varanasi & STF Kanpur arrested Jai Singh Patel.


Two arrested in Lucknow


Solver Raju Kumar from Cormal Inter College in Lucknow & Sanjay Kumar Yadav from Bal Nikunj Girls Academy in Aliganj were nabbed.


Paper not leaked


Subordinate Selection Service Commission Chairman Praveer Kumar said that the examination was conduct at 501 examination centers, no complaint of question paper leak was received from any centre.
