For a long time, anti-social elements have been playing the game of regular appointment in the health department on the basis of fake orders. Due to lack of legal action against them, the anti-social elements involved in this are getting encouraged. The Directorate of Health has expressed concern about this and has asked the police administration of Patna to take concrete action in these cases.

 

According to the information, Director Head of Health Department, Health Services has requested the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Patna to take action in such cases. Director Chief Dr. Maheshwar Prasad Gupta has said in a letter to the Superintendent of Police that the order for regular appointment to 53 ANM posts has been taken out by the anti-social elements by taking out the Health Directorate Order No.-871(6), dated - 23.08.2022, Which is totally fake. Through fake letters, regular appointment of ANMs has been recommended in Kaimur, Gopalganj, Madhubani, West Champaran, Purnia, Jamui, Kishanganj, Siwan, Nawada, Aurangabad, Arwal, Gaya, Banka.

According to sources, during the Corona period, the process of fake appointment by taking out the fake letter of the Directorate of Health is old. Before 23 August last year, two attempts were made to get the appointment by taking out fake orders. Similar fake appointment orders were issued on 25 May and 03 June 2021.


After registering an FIR in the Secretariat police station from the Health Directorate level, an investigation was made and action was sought by identifying the culprits. But, till now no action has been taken in all the three cases. In such a situation, there is a constant threat of fake appointment before the Directorate of Health. Director Principal Health Services Dr. Maheshwar Prasad Gupta has requested the Superintendent of Police, Patna to be directed to register FIR against anti-social elements. So that this type of misery cannot be done by these people again.
