Latest Updated On 27/07/2022: Bihar Board has once again increased the number of seats along with school-college in inter enrollment. Now enrollment will be taken on about two lakh additional seats in 697 school-colleges from across the state. According to the board, about 23 lakh 30 thousand seats in 7217 school-colleges across the state will be enrolled in Inter.
Bihar Board has extended the last date to apply online for Inter enrollment till July 30. Earlier it was till 27 July 2022. Now students can apply online for inter enrollment till 30 July and submit fee online till 31 July. This information has been given by the board to all the district education offices, school and college principals. Online Application Board website www.ofssbihar.in will be done.
The OFSS (Online Facilitation System for Students) has been updated by the Bihar Board on Monday. This information has been provide to all the District Education Officers. It is to be known that the registration process for inter enrollment has been started from June 22. For inter enrollment, students have to register for enrollment by visiting the OFSS portal. There is a choice of at least ten and not more than 20 colleges and schools. Initially, the date was issued for enrollment of 18 lakh 28 thousand 870 seats in 5328 schools and colleges. Then the board updated it. After this the number of colleges and schools was increased to 6523 and the seats increased to more than 21 lakhs. Now again the board has added 697 schools and colleges. Due to this the seats have increased by two lakhs. Now there will be a chance to enroll in a total of more than 23 lakh seats.

Schools in every district are constantly being upgraded to higher secondary by the increased school board in every district. As the schools are getting upgraded, the school code is being given to them by the boa rd. After this the respective schools are being added on OFSS portal. According to board sources, 1821 schools have been upgraded. At the same time, there are many such affiliated schools and colleges, which have been removed from OFSS.
