Latest Updated On 25/06/2022: SIT has solved the link of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) question paper leak. Not only was the question paper leaked from the center of Ram Sharan Singh Evening College, Delha, Gaya, but it was its center superintendent Shakti Kumar who first scanned it and sent it to a person named Kapildev.
The SIT arrested the Principal cum Central Superintendent Shakti Kumar there. After interrogation, he was sent to jail. According to the EOU, Sakthi Kumar has admitted that he scanned the 'C' set of BPSC question paper from the Doc Scanner mobile app and sent it to Kapil Dev on WhatsApp. Kapil Dev, who is absconding, is an employee in the CDA of the Government of India. He sent the question paper sent by Shakti Kumar to Praveen. Through Praveen, the question paper reached the mobile of the accused arrested earlier, passing through Mahesh and NIT alumnus Pintu Yadav. Documents and electronic equipment were found during the raids in the college.

The arrested accused, Shakti Kumar, had got the question paper of BPSC PT by 10.15 pm. According to the SIT, after the question paper reached his center on the day of the exam, he scanned 'C' for 10.24 minutes and sent it. Shakti has accepted these things. This is also confirmed in the technical investigation so far.
