NEET UG 2022: 20 minutes extra time for examinees latest news update in hindi
Latest Updated On 26/04/2022: NEET UG 2022 will be organized on 17 July 2022. This time the applicants appearing for NEET will be given 20 minutes extra time. Total time of the exam will be 3 hours 20 minutes i.e.; 200 minutes. In NEET UG 2021, Only 3 hours were given to solve 180 questions out of 200 questions. In protest, the candidates wrote in a letter to NTA that one has to read the question to skip the question. Earlier 180 questions were asked, which had to be solved in three hours, but suddenly three hours were reduced to solve 180 out of 200 questions. After that the time was extended.

10 questions out of 15 will have to be solved: Deepak Vashistha of Wings EduVenture, a NEET exam specialist, said that NEET UG is of total 720 marks. 90 questions from Biology & 45 questions from Physics and 45 questions from Chemistry are asked. All questions are of 4 marks. A total of 200 questions will be asked in this year's NEET from Physics, Chemistry and Biology, in which students have to answer 180 questions. Section (A) will consist of 35 questions & Section (B) will consist of 15 questions to be attempted out of 15 questions in Section (B).
Students can apply for NEET UG 2022 till 11:50 pm on May 6. There will be 15 percent All India quota of government medical seats in the country and admission in deemed university and central university seats and 85 percent government seats in the state and all private seats in the state.
