Vijay Kumar Choudhary which is State Education Minister has said that 41,000 teachers have been reinstated in the state in a month. In the upcoming future, 50,000 more teachers will be reinstated. Apart from this, more than 40 thousand head teachers for primary schools and 6412 headmasters for high schools will be restored. Also, physical education cum health instructors will be appointed on 3500 posts. The minister said that this is not the final appointment. The process of teacher recruitment is going on in the state and it will continue continuously.
Presenting the budget of the Education Department in the Vidhan Sabha on Thursday, the Minister said that TET and STET are an eligibility test. Clearing this exam does not mean that everyone will get a job. The opposition is misleading the candidates on this issue. TET and STET pass candidates will apply as and when vacancies will arise and they will be appointed on the basis of merit list. On the future action plan for the academic session 2022-23, the Minister said that full-time headmaster and principal will be appointed from BPSC in all primary, middle and high schools.
All Kasturba Gandhi Vidyalayas will be upgraded to Grade-12: The Education Minister said that all Kasturba Gandhi Vidyalayas will be expanded to Grade-12 and will have smart class rooms and vocational education. After analyzing the basic facilities available in all the schools and setting the priority, it is planned to make the infrastructure available in the next four years. In the next four years, all upper primary, secondary and higher secondary schools will be covered with smart class rooms.

Degree Colleges in 12 Subdivisions
The Education Minister said that from the financial year 2022-23 under Seven Nishchay-2, unmarried girl students of all categories of inter pass will be given 25 thousand rupees per student in their account through DBT under CM Girl Intermediate Incentive Scheme. In the sub-divisions which do not have affiliated colleges, degree colleges will be established in 12 sub-divisions. There will be digitization of higher education systems. Nalanda Open University will be modernized for works related to Gross Enrollment Ratio. Amidst the opposition's walkout, the budget of 391 billion 91 crore 87 lakhs of the Education Department was passed by the House.
