Home exams in Uttarakhand will now start from 09/03/2022
The Education Department has once again revised the schedule of home examinations. Now the examination will start from March 9 instead of 14. The final paper will be on March 24. This change has been made due to Ekadashi and Holi festival.

Director of Secondary Education Seema Jaunsari released the revised schedule of home examinations for classes VI to IX and XI on Thursday. He told that there will be continuous examinations till March 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16. Due to the holiday of Holi, the examination will start again on March 21. The final examinations will be held on March 23 and 24 after a day off. Exams will be conducted in 2 shifts. Half an hour more time will be given for class 9 and 11 examinations. State General Secretary of State Teachers Association Dr. Sohan Singh Majila said that Holi starts from Ekadashi on March 14 in Kumaon. The old schedule would have made it difficult for the teachers to return from their village to the place of posting.
