Rules will change again for 26 Thousand Teacher Recruitment 2021-22:
Appointment process of 26000 teachers in the elementary schools of the state will start only after the re-modified of the rules. After the incorporation of Bhojpuri, Angika & Magahi subjects in the manual, the recruitment process will be began. The Department of School Education & Literacy is again beginning its preparation. The posts of teachers in primary, middle to high schools are at the district level and they are promoted at the district level. 2 days ago, the state government has released the list of tribal languages and regional languages for district level appointments. On this basis, now again the rules will be modified.
Jharkhand 26000 Teacher Vacancy 2021-22 latest news: Before, the updated rules of the Department of School Education & Literacy were arranged on the basis of the list of familiar languages and regional languages for state level posts. Bhojpuri, Angika and Magahi languages were not connected in this, but now the recruitment process will be started only after connected it. After re-modified the teacher appointment rules, approval will have to be appropriated from the Finance & Law Department, including Education Minister Jagarnath Mahato. After that it will be placed in the cabinet. In this, candidates who have passed 10th and 12th from Jharkhand will be able to apply. Only TET pass candidates will be able to participate in the recruitment process of teachers and for appointment they will have to appear in the examination to be conducted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission.
13 thousand teachers have to be appointed directly
26000 teachers are to be appointed in elementary schools of the state. In this, there will be direct appointment on 13000 posts and 13 thousand posts have been kept reserved for para teachers. In this recruitment procedure, teachers will be promoted on the new pay scale or salary. Teachers will be provided a pay scale of 5200 to 20,200 Rupees, primary school teachers will get 2400 & middle school teachers will get 2800 rupees grade pay.
Earlier, they used to get pay scale of 9300 to 34,800 and 4200 & 4,600 rupees grade pay.
Approval will have to be appropriated from the Finance & Law Department including Education Minister Jagarnath Mahto
About 1.01 lakh candidates of 2013 & 2016 TET will be involved in the appointment.
- Appointment may be delayed
Due to re-amendment in teacher appointment rules, the recruitment process may get delayed. Earlier, on the occasion of completion of two years of the government, there would be a formal announcement at the ceremony held on 29 December, but now it does not seem to be happening.
In such a situation, now it can be started only in the new year. There can only be an announcement that the recruitment process is going to start in the next one or two months. Its process can be started before the budget session.

Para Teacher will be Assistant Teacher from 1 January 2022
65000 para teachers of the state will be called assistant teachers from 1 January 2022. Maintenance set-up methods & grow pay scale of para teachers will be approved in the upcoming cabinet meeting. Simultaneously, Chief Minister Hemant Soren will duly announce it on 29 December to mark the completion of 2 years of the state government. Para teachers will get increased honorarium/salary with effect from 01/01/2022. In this, about 13000 para teachers who have passed the teacher eligibility test will get honorarium with 50% increase, while 50000 trained para teachers will get the honorarium payment with 40% increase. The honorarium/pay scale for January, which he would get in February, would be provided with this increase. Apart from this, assessment test will be organized, in which 10% additional honorarium of trained teachers will be increased on passing. Para teachers will also be rovided EPF to health related facilities.
