After leaking the question paper, they got it solved in Hazaribagh itself
Latest Updated 22/07/2024: In the CBI investigation of NEET paper leak case so far, it has come to light that all the solvers were gathered in Hazaribagh and the leaked question paper was solved. The gang had made the question paper available to them on the night of 4 May. After getting it solved at a secret place in Hazaribagh, Rocky made a PDF format of the question paper and answer and sent it to Chintu in Patna and the gang of setters at some other places. This has been revealed during interrogation of the members of the solver gang. The CBI is also looking for the main kingpin Sanjeev Mukhiya Amit Vats, Anshul Singh, Vijendra Prasad Gupta etc.
In the NEET paper leak case, the special team of CBI arrested three accused on Saturday evening. It includes two solvers and one setter. Both the solvers Kumar Mangalam Vishnoi and Deependra Sharma, who study in Bharatpur Medical College, Rajasthan, have been arrested from a place near Patna.
Kumar Mangalam is a student of MBBS second year and Deependra is a first year student. Whereas, setter Shashikant Paswan has been arrested from Boring Road area in Patna. He is an important link in the list of kingpins in the question paper leak case. CBI will soon present all three in the court and take them on remand for intensive interrogation.
According to information received from sources, both the arrested solvers were present in Hazaribagh late night on May 4 to solve the question paper. Whereas, setter Shashikant Paswan is mainly a special associate of Rocky and Pankaj Kumar alias Aditya. He is also close to Sanjeev Mukhiya and others. Like Pankaj, he is also a pass out from NIT Jamshedpur.
Pankaj is a civil engineer while Shashikant is an electrical engineer. Shashikant was also active in solving the question paper. CBI has arrested seven solvers in this case so far. This includes four students of Patna AIIMS and one girl student of Ranchi RIMS. They together solved the leaked paper.

Investigation agency is looking for some more setters
CBI has been investigating the NEET paper leak for the last 27 days. Four students of Patna AIIMS and one student of Ranchi's RIMS were arrested recently and questioned for a long time. CBI believes that some more setters have also played an important role in the NEET paper leak case. The investigation agency is looking for them.
Important clues found from Rocky, remand extended by four days
Patna. The remand of Rakesh Ranjan alias Rocky, arrested in the NEET paper leak case, has been extended by four days. On Saturday, he was produced in the court of Patna CBI Special Judicial Magistrate Dhananjay Pandey. CBI said that many clues have been found from Rocky, the court has now directed to present Rocky on 24 July.
