bihar prd new recruitment 2024: 76 gis experts will be recruited @ state.bihar.gov.in
Latest Updated 06/07/2024: 76 GIS (Geographical Information System) experts will be appointed in Panchayati Raj Department. There will be 38 senior GIS experts and 38 GIS experts.
The Finance Department has given its consent to the proposal of Panchayati Raj Department for appointment of GIS experts. Now it has been sent to the State Cadre Committee headed by the Development Commissioner for approval. After approval from the State Cadre Committee, it will be sent to the Cabinet. The appointment process will start as soon as the Cabinet gives the green signal. One senior GIS expert and one GIS expert will be appointed in each Zila Parishad.

Senior specialist will get salary of 90,000 Rupees
Both the posts will be on contract basis. Senior GIS experts will be given 90 thousand rupees as salary per month. There is a proposal to give 65 thousand rupees per month to GIS experts. The GIS experts will be responsible for monitoring various schemes of Panchayati Raj Department, such as Chief Minister Solar Light, Panchayat Government Building, Nali, Street Pavement.
