Latest Updated 18/07/2024: In the NEET paper leak case, the CBI has taken Pankaj Kumar alias Aditya on 14-day remand. He will be questioned till July 30. Pankaj and his associate Raju will be questioned in front of NEET candidates and other members of the paper leak gang who were taken on remand earlier.
Pankaj, a resident of Bokaro, Jharkhand, was arrested by the CBI from Digha area of Patna on Tuesday. Pankaj had stolen the NEET question paper from the box at the Oasis School examination center in Hazaribagh. Raju had helped him in this work. Then both of them together delivered this question paper to other people of the paper leak gang. Raju was also arrested by the CBI from Hazaribagh. He was produced in the special court on Tuesday itself. The CBI is also interrogating him by taking him on remand.
On Wednesday, Pankaj alias Aditya was produced in the CBI special court in Patna, from where he was sent on remand.

CBI sources say that Pankaj and Raju are important links in the case. Pankaj will provide information about to whom he sent the question paper. Pankaj and Rocky will provide information about where the question paper was sent to get it solved.
