Latest Updated 07/07/2024: Barring a few subjects, most of the seats in the four-year graduation course in the degree colleges of BBMKU are vacant. Out of 52 thousand seats, more than 20 thousand seats have been enrolled so far.
BBMKU Admission Cell has decided to open the Chancellor Portal again for the remaining seats in 34 degree colleges of Dhanbad and Bokaro. The process of online application for enrollment in the third phase has now started from Saturday. The last date for online application is 20 July. The first selection list will be released on 23 July. Enrollment will be taken till 29 July. The second selection list will be released on 1 August. Enrollment will be done till 7 August.

The third selection list will be released on 9 August. Admission will be taken from 9 August to 14 August. Registrar Dr. Kaushal Kumar has ordered all the colleges to start classes for students who have already enrolled in graduation from 8 July. All colleges have been instructed to organize induction meet or orientation program from 9 to 12 July.

Bokaro Steel City College: All subjects except English and Political Science. BSK Maithan, Chas College Chas Bokaro all subjects except English. Degree College Gomia all subjects except Geography, Hindi and History. Degree College Jharia all subjects except Commerce, English, Geography, Sociology, Hindi, History and Political Science, Katras College all subjects except Economics, Philosophy, Mathematics, Hindi, History, Political Science, PK Rai College all subjects except Commerce, History, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science and Zoology. RS More College Govindpur all subjects except Philosophy, Hindi, History, Political Science, SSLNT Dhanbad all subjects except History and Zoology, Gurunanak College all subjects except History, SS College Chas Bokaro all subjects except History and the remaining other colleges will have admission in all approved subjects.
