on-spot admission to begusarai graduates will continue till 3 august
Latest Updated 30/07/2024: The work of on-spot admission in the first semester of graduation started on Monday in Begusarai district. It will continue till 3 August. LNMU has five constituent and three affiliated colleges here. There are 36 thousand 415 seats for admission in Science, Arts and Commerce. After the allocation of colleges, admission could be done on only 19 thousand seats. It has been told that the remaining more than 17 thousand seats will be filled through on-spot admission. Instructions have been released to the Principal by the Student Welfare President of Lalit Narayan Mithila University.

There are one lakh five thousand seats for graduation in the affiliated colleges of Magadh University. Under these, admission was done on 50 thousand seats till 19 July under the first round. The second list will be released in one to two weeks for admission on the remaining seats.

First and second merit list has been released by most of the universities. Patliputra University has more than one lakh 20 thousand seats in graduation, while admission in spot round has ended here. Even after this, more than 33 thousand seats are still vacant. Patna University has four thousand seats, out of which 3600 seats have been enrolled.
Veer Kunwar Singh University Ara has a total of one lakh seats for admission in graduation part one, while only 54 thousand 990 have been admitted through first and second merit so far. This time more than 50 thousand enrollments were done through first merit in graduation. Admissions are to be done from the second list till 30 July. The third merit list will also be released.
There are five affiliated colleges in Aurangabad district headquarters. In most of these colleges, about 50 percent seats have been filled. Apart from this, there are nine affiliated colleges in different parts of the district and there too 35 to 40 percent seats have been filled.
So far, 30 percent seats have been filled in Nawada district. Enrollment was to be done on 21700 seats in the district, while enrollment has been done on 6510 till now. There are four affiliated colleges in the district while there are 08 non-affiliated graduate level colleges. The number of seats is more in KLS College Nawada and TS College Hisua, while the remaining have 16-16 hundred seats of all faculties. A total of 42 thousand seats are allotted in graduation in the colleges of Jaiprakash University of Chhapra district. So far, the university administration has released two lists of enrollment. In this, admission has been done on 20 thousand seats. Even now 22 thousand seats are vacant. Under this university, merit list has been released twice in Gopalganj district. There are a total of 7712 seats for admission in graduation semester one. So far only 2923 students have enrolled.
In Rohtas district, admission of students has been completed on the basis of the first merit list. The process of enrollment on the basis of the second merit list is going on from 27 July. The last date is 31 July.
Here, according to the information received from Veer Kunwar Singh University of Bhojpur, the maximum number of seats are in Rohtas district. Admission is to be done in graduation on about 35 thousand seats in 33 colleges of the district. So far, admission has been completed on about 20 thousand seats. 15 thousand seats are still vacant.
