Last date for admission in vocational courses is 8th June
Latest Updated 04/06/2024: There is summer vacation in the government plus two schools of the district till June 7. All schools will open from 8 June. Only when the school opens, the 12th pass students will get SLC and other documents. At the same time, the last date for enrollment in four-year graduation course in BBMKU (Binod Bihari Mahto Koyalanchal University) Dhanbad and Bokaro degree colleges is 7 June. In such a situation, the students who have passed out Plus Two in the year 2024 are worried these days.
The pace of enrollment is also very slow. Many students have demanded to extend the admission date (document verification) while demanding additional time from the college to submit SLC / TC. Schools will open on June 8. Admission in colleges is only till 7 June. Therefore, in the interest of students, the date of document verification should be extended. So that students do not face any type of problem. Students are making rounds of schools and colleges. After listening to the problems of the students, DSW Dr. Pushpa Kumari assured appropriate action in the interest of the students.

Admission cell of BBMKU has released the first selection list for admission in six vocational graduate courses of four degree colleges. Admission started from Monday.
Students included in the first selection list will be enrolled till 8 June. Seats for vocational courses remained vacant in all colleges except Gurunanak College. List of 90 students has been released for 90 seats in Gurunanak College. At the same time, seats remained vacant in PK Rai College, BS City College Bokaro, KB Bermo Bokaro. This is the reason why the seats could not be filled in the first selection list. The Chancellor's portal should be opened again and applications should be invited for all the vacant seats in the colleges. Classes will start after 20 June.
