Latest Updated 19/05/2024: The High Court has summoned the reply from the VC of Veer Kunwar Singh University in the CCDC (Coordinator) reinstatement case.
The court said that after the court order, the applicant Dr. Neeraj alias Dr. Neeraj Kumar was ordered to be reinstated on the post of CCDC, then how was the applicant removed from the post and the other was reinstated on the post of CCDC. A single bench of Justice Rajiv Ranjan Prasad heard the case.

The applicant's lawyer told the court that the High Court had ordered the reinstatement of the applicant on the post of CCDC.
