Live Updates: petition for cbi to investigate rigging in neet exam 2024
Latest Updated 16/05/2024: The case related to rigging in NEET has reached Patna High Court on Wednesday. A request has been made to the court to get this matter investigated by CBI and cancel the examination. It has been said in the application that because of a handful of people, the future of lakhs of students is at stake.
In the application, the court has been requested to hand over the investigation of the question paper leak case to the CBI. Advocate Vishal Saurabh has filed a PIL on behalf of High Court lawyer Sujit Kumar Sinha. It has been said that the police is investigating the question paper leak by registering a case in Shastratti Nagar police station of Patna.

So far 13 people have been arrested and sent to jail. The entire incident should be investigated by CBI so that the culprits can be identified and punished. Also, a request has been made to the court to cancel NEET and conduct it afresh.
