Latest Updated 30/05/2024: BBMKU on Wednesday released the first selection list for admission to four-year graduation courses in 35 degree colleges of Dhanbad and Bokaro. Admission of selected students will begin from Thursday and will continue till June 7.

The open merit cutoff in Mathematics was 94. The cutoff for unreserved and general was 88, BC one was 84.4, BC two was 83, and EWS was 83. In PK Rai itself, the open merit cutoff for Zoology is 92 and the cutoff for unreserved and general is 82.4.

University Admission Cell said
● Students should go to college with all certificates. They must take CLC and original migration.
● If applicants fail to produce certificates at the time of document verification, it will be rejected.
● Applicants are instructed to report personally to the respective college.
● After the prescribed date of document verification, the next list will not be considered. Do not wait for last date.
● After document verification, applicants will have to deposit the admission fee. Submit it to the college to confirm admission.
Merit list of only 51 subjects in 35 colleges
More than 42 hundred applicants who applied for BBMKU did not deposit the application fee. Due to this, the merit list was prepared from the applications of 28,854 students. Due to less applications than the seats, all the applicants submitted for 16 colleges were selected. Selection list of 51 subjects of 35 colleges was released. All the applicants of EWS, SC, ST category were selected in various subjects of most colleges. If we talk college wise, the maximum applications were received for PK Rai College. Only 63 applications were received for Degree College Tundi. All the students were selected.
