Latest Updated 09/05/2024: After the release of matriculation results, Labor, Employment, Training and Skill Development Department, Ranchi has announced enrollment in ITI (Industrial Training Institute). Online application for enrollment in all government, private, PPP, CSR and TSP mode ITIs of the state will start from 15 May.
The last date for online application is 9 June. There are 9284 seats in one-year and two-year courses in more than 48 ITIs of Dhanbad for 8th and 10th pass youth. There are more seats in Ranchi than Dhanbad in the state. Applicants will get five options to select industrial training institute and trade. Nomination will be done from the merit list prepared on the basis of 8th and 10th marks. Labor, Employment, Training and Skill Development Department, Ranchi has prepared ITI Portal Admission Module https://iti.jharkhand.gov.in to complete online application and other processes in the session 2024-25-26. Let us tell you that there are three government ITIs running in Dhanbad, which include ITI Dhanbad, ITI Govindpur and ITI Baghmara. The minimum age for enrollment should be between 14 years and maximum age should be between 40 years.

The Directorate says that to work with ease and transparency in the enrollment process, the work will be done through the admission module of the ITI portal. There will also be facility in the work of data transfer in Skill India Digital Portal. Qualified students who are permanent/local residents of the state will apply for enrolment. You can participate in the counselling/nomination process by selecting the institute/trade as per your wish. The directorate has also issued toll free number 18001233444. Government quota seats will be filled first. Only after this the management quota seats will be filled.
In this regard, General Secretary of Jharkhand Private ITI Association, Kumar Ranjan Dev said that notification has been issued for enrollment in all types of ITIs running in the state for the session 2024-25-26. Students should apply by visiting ITI portal. Nominations of only the candidates registered in the portal will be taken.
