Lucknow STF had exposed the RO-ARO paper leak by arresting dismissed UP Police constables Arun Kumar Singh and Saurabh Shukla. Arun had revealed that Majora's engineer Rajeev Nayan Mishra had arranged for the RO-ARO paper. Meerut STF arrested Rajiv.
