UG Sem 1 exam will be held in home center by BBMKU latest news update 2024

Latest Updated 06/04/2024: BBMKU Examination Department has announced the centers for the examination of UG Semester One session 2023-26/2027 starting from 16th April. The examination of UG Semester 1 students of degree colleges of Dhanbad and Bokaro will be taken in 29 centres.


Except for two-three colleges, the examination of students of most of the colleges will be held in the home centre. Due to election work, the district administration has taken the buildings of Gurunanak College and PK Rai College. For this reason, Guru Nanak College's Center Degree College, Jamadoba and PK Rai's Center Law College have been made. Centers for colleges with less student strength have also been given to nearby colleges. Examination will be held for 20 out of 16 colleges of Dhanbad. Whereas out of 13 colleges of Bokaro, students of 16 colleges will appear for the exam.

UG Sem. Opportunity to fill the examination form of 1st and 3rd year: The University has given the students of UG Semester 1st, UG Semester 3rd and Semester 5th an opportunity to fill the form from April 8th to April 12th with a late fee of Rs 1,000.


Controller of Examinations Dr. Suman Kumar Varnwal has issued the order. Sessions 22-25, 22-26, 18-21, 19-22, 20-23, 21-24 in UG Semester One, 18-21, 19-22, 20-23 and 21-24 in Semester Three and Semester Five Students of session 18-21, 19-22 can fill the examination form.


PG department will decide its own vocational course


National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 Core Committee meeting at BBMKU Dhanbad, Vice Chancellor Prof. It was held under the chairmanship of Pawan Kumar Poddar. It was decided in the meeting that which vocational courses will be taught, this will be decided by the concerned PG department itself. Vocational courses should be from the concerned department only. There will be a meeting of the Dean, PG Department Head and teachers. It will be decided therein.
