More than 400 employed teachers did not come for verification by Education Department Bihar latest news update 2024
Latest Updated 08/04/2024: Even after being called by the Education Department, more than 400 employed teachers from different districts of the state did not turn up for the verification work. District wise list of all these is being prepared. Soon further action will be taken by sending this list to the concerned districts.

The entire matter will be investigated at the district level to find out the reasons why these teachers did not arrive. After this, the department will take further decisions based on the reports of the districts. It is known that in the application for the competency test, 1205 employed teachers were found in the state, whose roll number of B.T.E.T., C.E.T.E.T. or E.T.E.T. was more than one. Taking all these employed teachers under the scanner, the department called them to the headquarters in a phased manner. Verification of all the teachers has been done one by one in the command and control center set up in the department.

This work continued in the department from 10 March to 23 March. But, during this period, more than 400 teachers did not reach the department for verification work. At the same time, the concerned committee has submitted the verification report of the teachers who have arrived to the department. The report will be sent to the districts soon, which is being studied.
