Final year students of four year graduation will also be able to give NET Exam latest news update 2024
Latest Updated 20/04/2024: A big update has come on the National Eligibility Test i.e. NET of the University Grants Commission. In this regard, UGC will release the schedule of NET exam tomorrow. Final year students of four-year graduation can also now appear for the National Eligibility Test i.e. NET.
The application process for UGC NET June 2024 will start from Saturday. This information was provided by UGC Chairman Prof M Jagdish Kumar. He said that the National Testing Agency (NTA) will invite applications for UGC NET June 2024 on Saturday. Will launch an information bulletin for this. Candidates can apply on the official website of UGC NET, ugcnet.nta.ac.in. He said that candidates who are pursuing a four-year undergraduate degree program and are in their final semester or year can also apply for UGC-NET.

- More than 50 thousand students from the state appear in the examination.
He said candidates with four-year bachelor's degree programs are allowed to appear in the subject in which they want to pursue PhD, irrespective of the subject in which they obtained the four-year bachelor's degree. The examination will be conducted in Multi Shift in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. It will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only. The test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will have objective type, multiple choice questions and candidates will get a total duration of three hours for both the papers consisting of 150 questions.
It is known that UGC NET exam is conducted twice a year. First UGC NET score is used as eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship and appointment to the post of Assistant Professor for Master's degree holders. But now admission in PhD will also be available on the basis of NET score.
