Latest Updated 26/04/2024: In all the schools of Patna district, classes from 1st to 10th will be conducted only till 10:30 am from Friday. At the same time, the holidays for classes 11th-12th will be till 11:30 pm.
In view of the scorching heat, DM Sir Kapil Ashok has released this order on Thursday. A week ago, an order to change the school timings was issued by him. This order was effective till April 30. But, in view of the extreme rise in temperature and heat wave-like conditions, the DM has modified his order. This step has been taken after the Meteorological Department warned of increase in temperature.
