Live News Update: Proposal to increase 60 more seats in PGDM course by CIMP Patna

Latest Updated 03/03/2024: There will be an increase in the seats of Post Graduate Diploma in Management course in Chandragupta Management Institute, Patna soon. A proposal to increase seats has been sent by the institute to the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Till now, admission has been done for 120 seats in PGDM (equivalent to MBA) course. A proposal for increase of 60 seats has been sent. There are plans to increase the total number of seats to 180.


The last date to apply for the admission is 15 March. Chief Administrative Officer of the institute, Kumod Kumar said that the faculty and infrastructure are being expanded according to the seats. There are chances of AICTE accepting the proposal to increase seats soon.

Know the admission process. Applications are shortlisted on the basis of CAT, JAT, MAT, GMAT or CMAT scores of the applying students along with their previous academic record. Selected students are called for group discussion and personal interview. This is possible in the third or fourth week of March this year. Students are informed about this through phone and e-mail. The final merit list is published keeping in mind all the parameters. This year the final offer for enrollment will be sent in the third week of April.
