Live News Update: Non graduate ASI will also become Prohibition Inspector in Bihar
Latest Updated 05/03/2024: The way has been cleared for promotion of non-graduate ASI to Inspector in the Prohibition Department of the state. Patna High Court repealed the amended Rule 11(4) of the Excise Act, declaring it unconstitutional.
On Monday, the division bench of Chief Justice Vinod Chandran and Justice Harish Kumar gave this order after hearing the petition filed by Vinod Kumar Prasad and 9 other assistant sub-inspectors.
