Live News Update: BBMKU did not receive DD of 364 candidates

Latest Updated 19/03/2024: The interview process for 130 posts of Need Based Assistant Professor in BBMKU Dhanbad will start in April. BBMKU will soon release the list of shortlisted candidates on its website. These days, scrutiny of the applications received in the university is going on. The number of applications received through online mode is 1893. The number of hardcopies received along with the demand draft (DD) is said to be 1529. The university has not received the demand draft of 364 applicants. Let us tell you that earlier it was announced to interview the applicants from 20 March to 10 April.

BBMKU management has released the list of applicants with hard copy received along with DD on the website, if any applicant has sent the DD but name is not there in the list. Evidence has been sought from those applicants through email till 20 March evening. These include speed post, registered post, tracking details and others. BBMKU management has decided that the hard copy received along with the demand draft will be considered final. For this reason, 364 applicants have been given two days' time. VC Prof Pawan Kumar Poddar said that those applicants who have sent the application with demand draft and whose name is not in the list, should submit the evidence till 20 March.

BBMKU preparing for four exams in April

 Case of appointment of 130 need based assistant professors

● BBMKU gave two days time to such applicants to submit evidence.

● Interview will be held in April, list of shortlisted candidates will be released soon.

The date of election has been declared after the implementation of the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections. Voting for Lok Sabha elections in Dhanbad is on 25th May. BBMKU is preparing to conduct four examinations in April itself, before the elections, so that the session remains regular. BBMKU examination department is preparing to conduct these examinations starting from April till the first week of May. These include PG semester one and PG semester three, UG semester one (four-year graduate course), LLB semester five and six, BA LLB and other courses and MBBS second professional, third professional part two examinations. Care is also being taken that the candidates do not face any problem while traveling to and from the exam. There should be facility of vehicles for transportation.
