Live News Update: Bihar Judicial Service officers will get special salary
Latest Updated 02/03/2024: Officials of Bihar Judicial Service will be paid special salary for administrative work. Apart from court work, the Principal and District Sessions Judge, who do administrative work, will get seven thousand rupees, Additional Judge will get Rs. 3.5 thousand and CJM etc. will get two thousand rupees per month separately.
The Finance Department has released the instructions after reviewing the allowances and facilities for the officers of Bihar Judicial Service. In the light of the recommendations of the Second National Judicial Pay Commission, the allowances have been increased by the required amount. In this context, Finance Department Secretary (Resources) Lokesh Kumar Singh has also issued a notification. Following the instructions of the Supreme Court, about two and a half thousand judicial service officers and pensioners will benefit from the approval of their various allowances. Bihar Judicial Services Association Secretary Ajit Kumar Singh has welcomed this step of the state government.
