BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha Result 2024: 93% teachers of class 1 to 5 successful in competency test latest news update 2024

Latest Updated 30/03/2024: Bihar School Examination Board released the result of first phase competency examination late on Friday evening. The committee has released the results of teachers of classes one to five. Of the total 1,48,845 teachers who appeared in competency test, 1,39,010 have passed. The passing percentage is 93.39.

The competency test was held from 26 February to 6 March. In this, teachers of classes 1-5 had to appear in any one of the language exam, English, Hindi, Urdu or Bengali. 1,29,439 teachers of Hindi subject, 19,317 teachers of Urdu and 89 teachers of Bengali subject (total 1,48,845 teachers including all three subjects) appeared in the examination. In the result released by the board, out of 1,29,439 teachers in Hindi language, 1,22,347 have passed. Their passing percentage is 94.52. Whereas in Urdu subject, out of total 19,317 teachers, 16,575 have passed, whose pass percentage is 85.81.

88 out of 89 teachers who filled the Bengali option have passed, whose passing percentage is 98.88. This result is provisional, because counseling of all successful teachers will be done by the Education Department. The department will issue separate information for this. After district allotment, the education department of Bihar will allot schools to successful teachers.


9,835 teachers failed


According to the release of the bihar board, a total of 9,835 teachers have failed in this examination. They will have to pass upcoming exams to become specialized teachers. To get the status of special teacher, it is compulsory for the teachers of local bodies to pass one of the total five examinations.
