Computer operators have also been deputed at the evaluation centre. After verification, online entry of marks will take place on the same day. Entries will be made by Makers on one set and Checkers on one set of three computers. The marks will be checked in five phases. The Board has directed that entry of an entire bag will be done by the personnel on a computer set.

More than 250 centers have been set up across the state
The evaluation of matriculation copies by Bihar Board will be held from 1 to 10 March. These results will come in the last week. More than 250 evaluation centers have been created in the state and 11 evaluation centers have been created in Patna district.

More than three thousand teachers have been deputed in Patan. Subject-wise appointment letters of co-examiners and principal examiners are uploaded on the website of Bihar Examination Board https://biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in or http://teach.biharboardonline.com. Also the hard copy is being sent to the District Education Officer office. Hard copies will be available for distribution till 28th and 29th February. The committee has said that the heads of secondary level recognized schools will separate the teachers engaged in the evaluation work by getting the appointment letters of the teachers of their schools from the District Education Office. Teachers engaged in evaluation work can themselves download the appointment letter by visiting the website of the committee.
Action will be taken if contribution is not made
Bihar Board has clearly said that if the teachers don't participate in the evaluation work, strict action will be taken against them. The committee has clearly instructed all the districts that in the evaluation centers where teachers are not present for the evaluation work or there is a shortage of teachers, other teachers can be appointed at those centres. There will be no need for the approval of the District Officer or District Education Officer for appointment.
