Latest Updated 25/02/2024: To ensure that the cattle farmers get the benefits of the schemes on time, all the vacant posts of the Dairy Directorate will be filled. Soon there will be recruitment on 140 posts. The Animal and Fisheries Resources Department has sent the proposal to the General Administration Department for regular appointment on these posts.

The green signal for reinstatement has already been taken from the State Cadre Committee and the Finance Department. The vacancy will go to the Technical Service Commission and State Staff Selection Commission through the General Administration Department. In March, the vacancy of various posts from the General Administration Department will go to both the Commissions. Candidates will be finally selected for the post of Dairy Field Officer and Clerk after the written examination. For the post of Dairy Field Officer, graduation degree in Dairy is mandatory. Intermediate required for lower class clerk. Minimum qualification for Driver and Office Attendant is Matriculation.
