Helpline launched to reduce CBSE Board Exam stress latest news update 2024
Latest Updated 01/01/2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will provide psychological counseling to students and parents from January 1 to reduce exam stress. CBSE has issued toll free number 1800-11-8004. Free facilities will be provided to students and parents.

With the help of the helpline, students can get stress-free exam preparation, time and stress management and many other information. Students will get this facility on the helpline from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the evening. A total of 65 principals, trained counselors and special teachers from government and private schools affiliated to CBSE will answer the questions.
