Provisional seniority of UP Naib and Tehsildar decided latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 31/12/2023: The Revenue Council has released the list determining the provisional seniority of Naib Tehsildar and Tehsildar. The seniority of 1248 officers in Naib Tehsildar and 712 officers in Tehsildar has been fixed. Commissioner and Secretary Revenue Council Manisha Trighatia, while releasing the list, has sought objections on it within 15 days.

The Revenue Council has released the provisional seniority list including those who were substantively appointed to the post of Naib Tehsildar till October 31, 2023. It can be seen on the website https//bor.up.nic.in. All details of Naib and Tehsildars are given in the seniority list. In this, their seniority, name, home district, date of birth, education, reservation category and year of recruitment etc. are given.

Objections can be given on the provisional seniority list within 15 days. The objection will have to be mentioned clearly, so that improvements can be made as per the need. After disposal of the objections, the seniority of Naib Tehsildar and Tehsildar will be decided and in future, the benefit of promotion will be given on the basis of this only. Naib Tehsildar and Tehsildar were demanding to be appointed senior for a long time.
