VKSU PG Admission 2023-24: Portal will remain open till 15th January latest news update
Latest Updated 31/12/2023: The process of application for admission in PG in Veer Kunwar Singh University will start from 2 January. This time students will get very less time to apply. Such students, who want to take admission in PG, will apply on the university portal by 15 January. The university has released the date of application and shared the link of the portal. The portal for online application will remain open till 15 January, after which the portal will be closed.
The university administration is trying to complete the admission process in the month of January. Let us tell you that admission is to be done in Veer Kunwar Singh University in PG session 2023-25. Student Welfare Chairman Prof. Ranvijay Kumar said that this time also students will apply online. After the application, the university will release the merit list for the PG department and nine colleges where various PG subjects are taught. It is known that this session of PG is six months behind. Students taking enrollment in PG departments and colleges are worried. Enrollment for the PG session 2023-25 should have been done in the month of July itself, but due to the delay in the graduation session, it has not been done yet.

Nomination is to be done on 5600 seats in 20 subjects
Let us tell you that in Veer Kunwar Singh University, there will be enrollment for 5600 seats in a total of 20 subjects in the postgraduate (PG) session 2023-25. Various subjects are currently being taught at PG level in 20 PG departments at the university level and nine affiliated colleges. It is known that PG studies are conducted only in Maharaja, Jain, SB and MM Mahila Colleges under the headquarters. In Ara Headquarters, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects are taught only in Maharaja College, HD Jain College and University, whereas Physics is taught only in University Headquarters and HD Jain College. Apart from this, commerce is taught only in universities and HD Jain colleges in the four districts. PG education is offered in SP Jain College in Rohtas district, AS College in Bikramganj, JLN College Dehri on Sone, MV College in Buxar and SVP College in Bhabua. However, not all subjects are operated at these places.
Students of any faculty can apply in these subjects
Students of any faculty of the University can apply for admission in PG Ancient History, Philosophy, Bhojpuri, Prakrit and Public Administration subjects. The university has given freedom to students of any faculty to apply to fill seats in these subjects. Let us tell you that there is no competition for enrollment in these subjects. Seats are also not filled during enrollment. For this reason the university administration has taken this step.
