Only candidates with Aadhaar linked mobile number will participate in counselling by BPSC latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 27/12/2023: Counseling of those candidates recommended by Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) in the second phase of teacher recruitment examination, who do not have Aadhaar number or Aadhaar number linked mobile, will not be done under any circumstances. Director of Secondary Education Kanhaiya Prasad Srivastava has sent the letter to all the District Education Officers.

Recommended teacher candidates have to complete the test before posting in the school and before joining the computer.

The second step will also be mandatory matching the biometric thumb impression recently received from BPSC.
In the third step, it will be mandatory to obtain OTP from the Aadhaar linked mobile number of the candidates in counselling.
Fourth step: For counseling cum orientation, it will be necessary to match the original QR code in the order of invitation letter, provisional appointment letter and posting letter.
Fifth step: After posting in the school, when the school teacher has contributed to the school, then it will be the responsibility of the concerned headmaster to bring the school contribution letter and the concerned school teacher physically. Both of them will be present in the office of the District Education Officer. Before approving the contribution on the computer, the District Education Officer will again compulsorily match the biometric thumb impression to ensure that the school teacher is the same person who has appeared for the BPSC school teacher examination.
